We are starting to build the Operational Readiness team for our new Campaspe Mine site. This is an exciting role that will give exposure to all facets of our business to set up future production for success. The Operational Readiness co-ordinator will work closely with the Operational Readiness manager to create a seamless transition from Atlas to Campaspe operations. The Operational Readiness team will work with an outward mindset to assist project delivery and operational teams to achieve their goals and objectives. The Operational Readiness co-ordinator will provide functional knowledge of operations and utilise this knowledge to build and execute a best in class commissioning and ramp up at Campaspe. The incumbent will have good communication and problem-solving skills especially in regards to mining and production operations.
The Operational Readiness co-ordinator will focus on organisational preparation for new operational facilities at the Campaspe Mine. This will include:
- Integral link between teams of projects – operations – Operational Readiness for best business outcome for Tronox,
- Gap analysis and management of change across all effected stakeholders and processes eg operations, maintenance, commissioning, asset management, processing, capability development,
- Assist project team for best business outcome for design recommendations,
- Deliver the safe and timely commissioning of the Campaspe Mine,
- Assist in operational preparation for new plant and processes,
- Assist budget preparation for operations at Campaspe,
- Design and facilitate operational excellence for future success and life of mine at Campaspe,
- Champion best in class commissioning and hand over process.
