About the role…..
We're seeking a Training Coordinator to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction, working closely with trainers and team leaders. If you're customer-focused, team-oriented, and results-driven, join us in Jandakot for this full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm and be the mastermind behind our high-risk safety training!
Here's your backstage pass to an exciting role!
Workforce Planning Strategy:
- Respond promptly to internal requests for trainers and course bookings.
- Manage up to 70 trainers across 150+ courses, ensuring smooth operations up to 12 weeks in advance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust schedules and locations as needed.
- Keep our workforce planning boards updated with all the necessary info.
Compliance Coordination:
- Work closely with Training Team Leaders to ensure our trainers meet compliance standards.
- Utilize our PRIME database & Training Matrix to verify qualifications.
- Ensure trainers have all necessary paperwork and materials for successful sessions.
Travel Management:
- Assist in coordinating trainer travel for onsite courses, handling all logistics and paperwork.
- Manage travel bookings using Globetrotter Serko Systems.
- Communicate travel details to relevant parties before departure.
