Join Our WesTrac Institute as a Training Coordinator!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth training operations? We're seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to join our team and make a significant impact on our learning and development initiatives.
Reporting directly to the L&D Technology Training Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating all training events for both our internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities will include logistical coordination of flights, accommodation, materials, inductions, freight, training vendors and quoting for trainers and team. This role is also accountable for all management of learner records through our LMS and Axcelerate management systems.
Location: WesTrac Institute, South Guildford WA
Roster: 4/3 8hrs (Part-Time)
To be successful the following is required:
- Experience coordinating training schedules or planning work for multiple customers’ needs
- Solid experience with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word and the ability to use and develop templates
- Experience in maintenance, mining or servicing environment from an understanding of the language, terms and equipment
- Travel booking systems experience and logistics planning
Desirable:
- SAP Exposure
- Business Administration or similar qualification
- LMS and Student management system experience
