About Our Client
Our client is a global renowned organisation within the Mining Industry that operates in 35 different countries, ranging from mines to research and development labs. They have recently transitioned to low carbon which is helping them to lower their carbon footprint. They are looking to gradually change to better the company and better the environment.
Job Description
The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Manage the 2023 Planning and Scheduling Training events calendar
Planning and coordination of classes, programs and resources
Ensure a high level of customer service to participants and facilitators via all communication channels
Ensure all enrolments are complete and accurately recorded
Update attendance and completion records for training events
Take initial enquiries and liaise with the team and stakeholders
Assist with the creation of training materials including QRGs, Lessons Plans, Participant and Facilitator Guides
The Successful Applicant
Advantageous skills and qualities YOU will posses are:
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in administration and/or customer service
Ability to plan and organise work, set priorities, exercise initiative, sound judgement and meet changing and conflicting deadlines with minimum supervision is essential
Exceptional interpersonal kills with the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as a team player
