Job description

This permanent full-time role is fully remote and can be based in any location across Australia within NSW, QLD, SA or VIC, but does require some travel quarterly to North Sydney, NSW for team meetings and workshops, as required.

The position is part of a focused, committed and collaborative team and we are looking for someone who resonates with wanting to be part of a growing organisation. The role also provides the opportunity to build collaborative relationships with the professional community.

This role oversees:
  • the day-to-day intake of training enquiries via phone & email.
  • remote facilitation of training logistics for the Organisational Training stream. 
  • the processing of leads generated from the community via phone, email and website in relation to in person and virtual training.

The successful applicant would ideally have the following skills and experience. The full selection criteria, which must be referenced in the application, are listed in the Position Description on our website.

  • Minimum 3 years intake, administration and or event management experience. 
  • Human services sector experience.
  • Strong administration skills and resilience.
  • An awareness of the impacts of complex trauma and vicarious trauma. 
  • The ability to identify an organisation’s needs and offer the best experience and outcome for their teams.

Who is Blue Knot?

Blue Knot Foundation is the National Centre for Excellence for Complex Trauma. We empower recovery and build resilience for the more than 1 in 4 Australian adults who experience the impacts of complex trauma. Our role is to develop and disseminate best practice and research evidence around complex trauma, build national workforce capacity around complex trauma treatment, trauma-informed practice and managing vicarious trauma and embed trauma-informed policy, practice and systems change within organisations and the community.
