Your Team
As a member of the Operations Capability Team, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of Induction and Capability uplift programs to ensure individuals are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform in role.
Joining this dynamic team will provide you with a hands on approach, and an opportunity to build defined learning pathways, supporting change initiatives and overall insurance capability.
You will have the opportunity to look for ways to improve the processes and procedures we use and support projects working with a large variety of stakeholders on delivering effective change to the business.
This is a hybrid opportunity open to candidates based in Sydney and surrounds. There will be a requirement once a fortnight to come into our North Sydney office, as well as well as possible travel from time to time as required to facilitate face-to-face training.
Your duties and responsibilities
- The delivery of training to small and large groups across product, process, behavioural and systems across the Hollard Operations business team
- Manage the delivery of all training courses to meet operational needs
- Conducting in face to face and virtual training/coaching to support capability development and role readiness
- Manage registrations, completion and evaluation of all course delivery
- Work collaboratively with SMEs in the preparation of Induction and training programs to leverage from current initiatives, to ensure a consistent approach to learning is applied
- Editing and amending course content, building content that speaks to the needs of the business
- Creation of training content that is tailored to different learning styles and audience groups
- Provide team support and some administrative tasks where required
Your knowledge and experience
- Financial Services experience in an Insurance and fast paced operational environment (highly desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
- Experience in the delivery of learning (on the job coaching and group facilitation - highly desirable)
- Understanding of Adult Learning & Change Management principles (desirable)
