To be a successful Training Facilitator you will be responsible for conducting training and ongoing skill development for new and existing Membership Services (phone based) employees. You will be instrumental in upskilling our consultants and in driving performance whilst ensuring compliance across relevant workplace legislation and polices. Significant focus will be spent ensuring the successful delivery and evolution of the LeavePlus’ member experience, risk management, compliance adherence and operational effectiveness objectives.

Our Training Facilitator role offers you the chance to:
- Support the development of and facilitate relevant training sessions/programs for the business.
- Manage and facilitate virtual training workshops through proficient use of technology such as Teams and WebEx, sharing videos and PowerPoints and operating breakout rooms as required.
- Work across multiple training programs at any one time within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while prioritising tasks to achieve overall business outcomes for LeavePlus.
- Be a key supporter in the embedding and reinforcement of the organisational values (pride, respect, community and adaptability).
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering training programs across banking, financial services, superannuation, construction, or similar compliance-based industries and you have Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience) along with a flair for facilitating and are passionate in supporting your stakeholders and teams, we would love to hear from you. You will also need to demonstrate:
- Advanced facilitation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- An energetic and motivational approach to training.
- The ability to receive and implement feedback and coaching.
- Evidence of outstanding time management, planning and delivery skills.
- Proficiency of using day-to-day technology, and ideally exposure to the Atlassian product suite including JIRA and Confluence. Exposure and familiarity with Miro and Canva will be looked upon favourably.
- Work to a high standard with ability to manage quality of own work.
- Understand the application of technically intricate processes.
- A strong understanding of LeavePlus’ operational systems from a user perspective, or the ability to learn complex and detailed content and procedures quickly.
