What is the role?
As our Training & Graphic Designer, you'll be at the heart of our training initiatives, creating visually compelling materials that drive our franchisees' success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging online presentations, videos, and other resources for franchisee onboarding and ongoing training.
- Working closely with operations, marketing, and product development to ensure our training programs align with company goals.
- Supporting all departments with digital and print graphics while maintaining brand consistency.
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration to ensure smooth delivery of training.
- Supporting Ad-Hoc projects and have the ability to take on various design tasks as needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all design materials.
Who are we looking for?
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and/or franchise system is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Experience with learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and present ideas clearly.
- A passion for producing high-quality work and striving to meet deadlines.
- Previous work experience in a corporate setting and a team player attitude.
