Tropical designs is a well known and respected Signage company based in Cannonvale, Whitsundays. We are the largest supplier of signage within 150km with a large customer base. We are big supporters of local not for profit and charities in our area and believe in giving back to the community. We are down to earth people who realise that people have lives so therefore we go for a 38 hour week with Friday being a 1pm finish.
Qualifications & experience
- Skill needed are organised, methodical, friendly.
- Adobe Illustrator experience as role will be 25% graphics.
- Well spoken on phone calls and in person.
- Social media interaction
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering enquiries via phone, instore and emails.
- Input of jobs into our job management system SHOPVOX
- Liase with colleagues including graphic designer and production crew regarding status of jobs.
- Receiving payments into Shopvox and Xero (you will be shown).
- General office cleaning ie: vacumn, wipe desks and kitchen area.
- Some graphic design work ie: making changes to artwork files designed by lead designer to the customers requests.
- Facebook and Instagram posts for Tropical designs and NQ LED Signage.
