The Training Lead role is responsible for promoting and managing the ongoing development, delivery and evaluation of vocational education and training programs in accordance with the strategic goals and objectives of Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney (LLMWS).
Working part time, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Managing and leading the Training team to ensure all objectives and outcomes are met.
- Managing the development, scheduling, delivery, and administration of the programs delivered both face to face and online.
- Overseeing and monitoring internal and external regulatory reporting and accountability requirements for all program delivery.
- Ensuring academic and other information and data is collated, accurately recorded, securely stored and disseminated in accordance with compliance obligations.
- Recruiting VET program coordinators including providing supervision, support and ongoing performance monitoring and evaluation.
- Achieving target enrolment, evaluation and completion rates.
- Monitoring and evaluating programs, students, trainers and assessors feedback and provide reports to management as required.
You will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as a minimum with extensive training experience in a VET environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills and ability to deal with conflict.
- Experience in facilitating and leading groups.
- Experience in project management and planning.
- Experience with budgets and in a management role leading people.
A huge part of the role is in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that there is accountability across the team for delivering on outcomes.
