Position Overview:
As the Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with our clients' organizational goals and values. You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to enhance employee skills, boost performance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs tailored to various departments and job roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and establish learning objectives.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Mentor and coach junior trainers to foster their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience developing comprehensive ERP training modules (Yardi or similar)
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTM, ATD) is a plus.
- Experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not required.
