Allura Partners are working with a leading Australian organisation, who are currently delivering an organisation-wide transformation program, with technology and operating model impacts. They are now looking for a hands-on Training Manager, with instructional design experience to create, manage and deliver engaging learning material for impacted staff.
The Training Lead role will involve:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify individual and team training requirements resulting from the transformation program
- Designing, developing and delivering learning and development workshops, courses and materials, including eLearning.
- Lead and coach training analysts to support all training activates
- Work alongside and leverage the existing BAU training team on training delivery, in addition to working with the instructional designers to pull together collateral for each project
- Supporting the delivery of Change, working alongside Change Managers
- Maintaining training hub and learning library
- 5+ years' previous experience leading corporate learning and development, or leading training on large scale programs
- Be familiar with instructional design and have the ability to develop extensive learning material
- Proven Yardi or ERP software implementation
- Experience in developing and implementing "train-the-trainer" programs
- Have strong presentation, facilitation and verbal communication skills
- Be hands on and happy in to deliver as well as manage
- Background in property or finance advantageous
