The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the Change Manager through the delivery of training and embedding learning for Project Thrive - an ERP implementation from Microsoft AX 2012 and Green Tree, to MS Dynamics 365.
This role is fixed term role until September 2025, this role is based in Melbourne (office at Melbourne Central with parking available) with flexible working arrangements (minimum 3 days on site).

Description
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Lead the development and deployment of the Training Plan for Project Thrive. Delivery will be a blend of face to face, online and self-paced learning.
- In conjunction with the Change Specialist, ensure items identified in the Detailed Change Impact Assessment with a training impact, are closed out.
- Create and manage the training needs analysis, set instructional end goals and modes of assessment.
- Plan relevant curricula and supporting materials to meet the needs of Project Thrive.
- Create and manage a register to track training materials from draft, approvals, and publishing.
- Create and manage a library of supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations). Ensuring materials produced are inclusive and accessible.
- With the support of a Trainer, plan and deliver training as scheduled. Assist in "hyper care" with ad-hoc training and coaching needs as they identified and approved.
Profile
Our ideal applicant will have:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar ERP implementation (MS Dynamics FinOps is highly desirable)
- Minimum of AQF Certificate IV in Training, with a focus on contemporary adult learning principles.
- Experience designing and implementing curricula, and production of learning materials.
- Recording simulations (experience with D365 Task Recorder will be highly regarded)
- Excellent command of grammar, attention to detail.
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Canva, MS Video Editor or similar skills - highly desirable
- Collaborative and adaptable working style, with excellent interpersonal skills:
- Experience in working with IT, Finance departments, and project teams.
- Navigate ambiguous environments in a sensitive manner.
- Working across multiple time zones and culture
