You will liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and support.On a day-to-day basis you'll:
- Coordinated Training Logistics: Schedule and organise training sessions, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Oversee Learning Management System: Develop in-house content tailored to our employee needs, maintain training records, and enhance the employee learning experience.
- Support Safety Initiatives: Promote and implement new safety programs, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations.
- Coordinate Water Industry Training: Organise and manage Water Industry Operator training programs.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities and schedule an organisation-wide training program.
- Experience with administering online learning platforms and developing eLearning content (ELMO experience highly desirable but not essential).
- Ability to effectively engage and consult with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the administration and coordination of internal programs, in maintaining accurate records, data and reporting for compliance purposes.
- Effective communication and computing skills.
- Proven ability to maintain productivity, adaptability, and effectiveness amid evolving challenges and priorities.
