An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and career driven individual to join our team and help drive our company through the next stage of growth. JB Hunter (RTO 90277) has been established for over 30 years and we are leaders in the Telecommunications and Safety training sectors.
This sales and relationship-building role involves engaging employers to offer our innovative industry Training Solutions. Working with our Student Management team, you will visit client sites offering industry training to help skill the industry, building lasting relationships with employers along the way.
This is a new role and it’s also the first time we have recruited for such a position in Melbourne! So, we are very excited to capitalise on our success in Victoria and bring someone on to drive it.
Your product/service offering will be focused on trade-level qualifications and short courses. Those who have experience with trade-based employers such as Electrical Contractors, Security companies or Data Cablers will be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you will have :
- an appreciation of the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector and how government-funded programs can support employers to increase capability and growth through effective Training Solutions for traineeships, apprenticeships and targeted fee for service and public programs;
- the ability to create relationships with our Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) partners;
- previous experience in business development or account management to draw upon; and
- a good knowledge of the RTO sector.
