Located in Keysborough on a full-time basis, the core responsibility of the Work Placement Administration Officer is to support the coordination of student placement activities associated with their course enrolment in Aged and Disability Services. Customer service is critical, you will enjoy speaking and engaging with people via telephone and email, have good attention to detail with a solutions focused mind-set.
To succeed in this position, you would possess a high level of organisational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You are organised, have great time management and exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to communicate on the phone & via email
- Data entry with accuracy
- A problem-solving and positive approach to tasks
- Personable/Approachable demeanour
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written, phone and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
- Work well to meet deadlines and follow up on tasks
- Ability to multi-task where required
- VETtrak knowledge or similar – not essential but preferable
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Adobe PDF (editable PDFs)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Willing to travel to other local training sites in need
Education and Experience:
- RTO Experience – highly regarded but not essential
- Experience in Student/Customer Support Roles.
