This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Transformation Team reporting into a Training lead on a system implementation program in full flight!
Bonus points for candidates who have;
- Written and created training for large scale and complex enterprise system implementations
- Knowledge of engaging SME's and relevant stakeholders along the journey
- Any field training/ training operational staff on a new system
- Experience with Transformation Project Teams
- A strategic perspective - big picture and hands on
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong training documentation ability
- Facilitation and train the trainer experience with superusers/SME's
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Brilliant organisation skills and able to work logistics for the various training delivery stages
- Team player mindset
