We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable professional to join our dynamic and collaborative team to provide high quality training and customer support. As we operate in more than 1,000 venues across NSW, Queensland, South Australia and the ACT some travel will be involved.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive face to face and remote product and system training.
- Training needs analysis.
- Developing training documentation and instructional material.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Providing support for gaming management systems, to ensure they meet business requirements and customer expectations.
- Contributing to our knowledgebase.
- Providing feedback on products from our customers to the development team.
What you will bring to the role:
- Qualifications in training or learning design or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective resources for different audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to quickly become familiar with new products.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- Drivers licence.
- Collaborative team player with a Can Do attitude
Previous hospitality or gaming experience that includes working with gaming and cash management systems would be an advantage.
