Are you passionate about training and development and have a deep understanding of product features, benefits and technology trends? If so, we’re recruiting for a Training Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering top-notch training material and support to our field team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively represent and sell Samsung products.
Your day-to-day
- Develop and deliver training programs for in-store execution, trainers, events, and online learning platforms
- Act as a product expert and provide support and feedback to product management and marketing teams
- Drive and execute important training activities, track and report on training impact
- Be a reliable source of information for product features, benefits, technology trends, and competitor products
- Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions in relation to training strategy.
- Stay up to date on relevant information for sales and ensure it is communicated effectively
- Be creative in communicating the benefits of Samsung technology to a number of different audiences (internal, and external)
- Provide product information and technical support to multiple divisions, and stakeholders both internal and external.
- Plan and execute training launch plans for new and key products.
About you
- Technical skills and knowledge in Mobile Experience and Consumer Electronics, or Mobile categories/products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong multimedia skills
- Retail sales and merchandising experience in electronics is a bonus.
- Excellent people skills and a self-starter with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to create best-in-class training and take constructive feedback
- Strong attention to detail, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, be creative and work in a team
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required.
