We have an opportunity for full-time IT focused customer software support position based in our Sydney Office. This is not a remote role.

We have an opportunity for a technically astute Customer Software Support Team Member to assist with a rapidly growing customer network. We are a privately owned Australian company that designs, develops, and Supports software for the Healthcare industry in both the Australian and New Zealand.
We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Training and Support person who likes to be ‘hands on’. You will be responsible for training clients in the use of our software programs utilising a combination of remote and on-site training. The key clients are based in Sterilising Services and Operating Theatres. You will also assist with inhouse IT support such as new staff setup and troubleshooting.

Your responsibility
Based in Sydney, this full-time role will be pivotal in providing accurate and timely support to our customers. You will liaise with customers, and other internal parties to achieve best customer service. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide on-site Training and Support.
- Recording all customer activity in the customer contact database.
- Respond to support tickets through teamwork desk and via phone call.
- Involvement in ongoing development and testing of the software systems.
- Internal IT support and troubleshooting.
