What will your typical day look like?
We are looking to hire a highly motivated Manager with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. An effective communicator, you’ll be a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills and a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization. Responsibilities will include:
- Apply knowledge of complex Transfer Pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges
- Develop innovative Transfer Pricing and economic ideas, alongside responsive services, and work products
- Coordinating work with other client service colleagues globally to drive collaboration
- Manage a broad range of clients and provide advice on Transfer Pricing controversy issues, deal with revenue authorities and review Transfer Pricing documentation, including leveraging comparative economic analysis of transactions within multinational groups to identify risks and make appropriate recommendations
- Identify new business development opportunities and drive key account relationships
- Ensure projects run to time and budget and are adequately resourced
- Coach, mentor and support a high performing team and act as an escalation point for junior staff members

- Strong corporate / international tax skills, financial / quantitative skills, legal skills, tax/Transfer Pricing data/technology skills.

- Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure
