Manager, Transfer Pricing & Treasury

MARS Recruitment has partnered with a renowned Financial Services company in the search for a driven Manager, Transfer Pricing & Treasury to join their exceptionally skilled team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to play a crucial part in executing strategic priorities while ensuring compliance with Transfer Pricing methodologies and processes. The role also entails overseeing treasury duties within the organisation. They are specifically seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing specialist to streamline their Transfer Pricing solutions.

This position presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in implementing Transfer Pricing strategies, along with knowledge of Treasury functions. This is supported by demonstrated expertise in leading large financial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and uphold a robust control framework to guarantee the accuracy and comprehensiveness of Transfer Pricing calculations and reporting
• Develop and execute Transfer Pricing processes, along with relevant documentation
• Collaborate with other business units to implement the Transfer Pricing framework effectively
• Coordinate with platform and business support teams, as well as IT teams, to ensure compliance of transfer solutions with company policies and regulatory standards
• Support additional treasury-related tasks as necessary
• Embrace a proactive, hands-on approach to tackle Transfer Pricing issues within the team and throughout the organisation
• Identify opportunities for enhancing existing processes and spearhead the implementation of new procedures while serving as a key influencer

Criteria:

• 8+ years experience in Transfer Pricing role
• Desired background in banking and financial services
• CA/CPA/ACCA qualified (or international equivalent)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Demonstrated experience developing Transfer Pricing models and methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Desirable background in treasury operations
• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
