SOS couriers is a transport company founded in 2017, that is dedicated to efficiency and reliability when transporting goods.
We are currently seeking a full-time Transport Company Manager for our busy business located in Newcastle & Central Coast
Your duties will include:
- Informing drivers obligations, responsibility, rates and handling complaints
- Staff planning (receiving bookings) and implementing efficient way to transport goods / parcels.
- Recruitment & training of new employees
- Ensuring correct handling for parcels (conditions & fleet quality) that will maintain their quality
- Arranging depot and customer delivery and pickup / collection
f. Organising company fleet maintenance, also ensuring workers are equipped with safety loading material
- Maintain business records and prepare operational and management statement and reports
- Sending daily updates and reports to both clients and management
- Coordinating activities associated with the sortation, departure, loading and unloading of parcels
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Handing out weekly report for management
In return you will receive:
· Package: between $70.000 - $80.000
· Position: Full time (38 hours a week)
· Ongoing support from our team
Requirements of position
· Minimum of a relevant Diploma and at least 2 years of work experience or at least 3 years of relevant work experience may substitute for formal qualification
