In this role, you'll:
You will provide high-level project support for key Customer Journey Planning (CJP) activities that enable major transport and infrastructure projects to be completed in a timely manner according to CJP requirements, while preserving network capacity and minimising disruption to passengers and motorists.
You will join a team supporting the long-term shutdown of T3 lines from Sydenham to Bankstown, working with many senior stakeholders to ensure passengers can continue to travel using alternative transport while the line is upgraded to become part of Sydney Metro.
You will provide a range of project management and support services, including the preparation of reports, briefs, and presentations, and coordinating resources to ensure branch outcomes are achieved in line with the established agency project management methodology.

About you
• Experience working on projects, ideally in infrastructure
• Experience in preparing presentations, briefing notes, and basic reporting/formatting, ensuring it is presentable for Executives
• Good command of commonly used MS Suite tools and any other applicable project tools or software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to support multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to prioritise work in an ever-changing environment
• Experience in operations or transport infrastructure project support work is desirable
