This is not your average Recruitment Role. Sure, you'll be recruiting Drivers for the biggest names in Supply Chain & Logistics; and working on the biggest contracts that you could dream of... Reporting the the VIC Transport Team Leader, you won't just be another number. You will be personally invested in and will be part of a highly motivated and epic fun team. Past experience in Recruitment is not necessary, you'll need to forget it all anyway, because we are innovative and transformative at Toll People.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, to maintain relationships and keep them informed on progress of orders
- Client site visits, including safety visits and delivering Toolboxes.
- Maintain and update internal data base/system on all relevant details of client/candidate contact and movements.
- Strong attention to compliance including licences, qualifications, and various checks.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience with Toll People by applying high standards of candidate care.
- Deliver operational and customer service excellence in recruitment processes by achieving time-to-fill targets, establishing excellent candidate and client aftercare practices.
