This role plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Consultant in all aspects of the recruitment process. You will assist with candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Your typical day at DSV:
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to actively source potential candidates for open positions.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and efficient scheduling.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, job advertisements, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
