Transport Supervisor

• You are able to plan and manage labor resources to meet the day-to-day service level targets, and exceed customer expectations
• Coordinate the dispatch of trucks, drivers, and shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and pickup
• Strong focus on safety and ensure all drivers and operational staff follow OHS and site safety requirements
• You promote a customer first mindset and ensure the daily operation is maximizing profitability by effective use of resources available
• Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions

• You have previous experience within a similar role within LPG/Petroleum
  Or Chemical Industry
• An analytical mind-set - strong ability to prioritize and problem solve
• You are an effective communicator with ability to foresee issues and find solutions
• High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines within a time-pressured environment
• Able to train and provide guidance to the team of Drivers
