What you'll do
- Support the administrative facilitation of new and existing customers within our range of transport services
- Assist with Customer/Carrier/Freight/Rates, invoicing queries, project testings, data cleansing, Annual Rate Review updates, high volumes of rate entry, manual post charges/ one off rates and, act as the SME for Carrier/Vendor queries troubleshooting.
- Effective engagement & communication with internal and external stakeholders so the ability to communicate effectively, grasp new systems and troubleshoot difficult solutions is essential
- Experience in rate management and/or administrative roles
- Ability to communicate to various stakeholders at all levels across Sales, Customer Service and Operations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to troubleshoot using a variety of systems (our systems are SAP, TMS, Salesforce)
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel & Word and/or Google
- Ability to prioritise workload in a high-volume environment.
