About The Role
We are seeking a clinician to provide clinical excellence in the delivery of critical incident support, including psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions to impacted organisations and clients. The role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to individuals and organisations – no two days are the same.
The role will have a large on-site component. The clinician can be based in any capital city in Australia.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW, ACA, PACFA).
- Minimum three (3) years experience.
- Ability to clinically manage client risk, and work within a trauma-informed framework.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic and proactive with our organisation stakeholders.
- Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
