The service is nationally and internationally renowned as a leader in trauma care, education, and trauma informatics. The Alfred Health Trauma Registry (AHTR) sits within the Trauma Service and is an epidemiology, injury surveillance and performance monitoring program that provides high quality, reproducible, accessible data for quality improvement and research purposes.
