The Role:
At Bunnik Tours, we're excited to say that travel is back and we're looking for experienced Travel Specialists to help us continue creating amazing experiences for our customers. We're a close-knit team of travel professionals who are passionate about what we do. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, and creating travel experiences that our clients will never forget. As a Travel Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, where you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalised customer service and expert travel advice
• Build rapport by engaging with clients and agents to understand their needs
• Create travel experiences on our small group tours connecting our customers to the world
• Enriching our customers experience every step of the way
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your experience in a sales and customer service role with:
• A minimum of 2 years international retail travel experience
• Comprehensive international geographical knowledge
• Experience with a GDS system such as Amadeus
• A passion for travel and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction
• Possess exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues, deliver on promises, and be hungry to sell
• Be highly motivated and driven to achieve targets and KPIs
