About the role
The Cruise Travel Specialist role is responsible for the sale of Holidays of Australia & the World products and related administration, predominantly focusing on cruise packages and FIT cruise bookings (domestic and international). You will be expected to meet achievable sales targets, process all bookings and enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and manage all client files flowing from initial enquiry to travel departure and welcoming them home. You will service the tourism marketplace (consumer direct and all industry avenues) ensuring a high level of professionalism and care.

Your skills and experience
Minimum 2 years travel sales experience (domestic and international)
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's
Exceptional time management, attention to detail & ability to multi-task
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Ability to grasp new customer management systems and processes quickly
Knowledge of Tramada an advantage, but not essential
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
