Are you looking for a dynamic role? Pacific Energy is growing fast so we require a Treasury Analyst who will be responsible for the short-term liquidity management and transaction banking. This will include management of cashflow forecasting, treasury settlements, bank guarantees, credit cards and the banking portal.
Reporting to the GM Corporate Finance you will be expected to have the ability to work on multiple projects coupled with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Liquidity Management
- Own the cash position management and cash forecasting process.
- Manage the group daily liquidity position.
- Settlement of all FX transactions, interest, and associated fees
- Manage intercompany funding.
- Recommend cash/debt management strategies
- Treasury policy compliance
- Reporting of liquidity profile
- Maintain debt and FX hedge registers.
- Bank account management - maintaining authorised signatories.
- Review of transaction banking interest rates/fees
- Maintain bank account register, bank guarantee register and credit card facility register
- Review and revise Transaction Banking and Credit Card policies.
- Compliance with guidelines, policies for financial risk management
- Monthly treasury reporting to Audit Committee/Board
- Professional Degree (Finance/Accounting /Economics)
- Preference for CA or CPA qualified.
- Corporate treasury or transaction banking or financial markets experience
- Knowledge of banking systems, treasury management systems
- Cashflow/forecasting experience
- Analytical thinker with the ability to critically analyse business activities and its impact of financial performance.
