About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training/Business Analyst to join our team to assist in the ongoing development of an integrated workforce planning and development solution for the global air transport system.
As part of a virtual team servicing global clients the ability and willingness to work flexible hours from home across multiple time zones is a must.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and ongoing management of key aviation reference libraries related to various global regulations, technical competencies, and job profiles.
- Work closely with the software product team to support the integration of these reference libraries into our Competency Management and Learning Management Systems.
- Inventory our current training courses to validate existing technical competencies and identify any that are missing.
- Identify and Map relationships between various global regulations, work tasks, competencies, training and jobs.
- Work with clients around the world to better understand their reference data requirements and training requirements.
- Work closely with our Workforce Development team to identity new training courses.

Whilst not essential, the following experience may be an advantage:
- Qualifications or background in Learning and Development, Education and or Vocational training
- Working on the development of new software products
- Working with Competency Management and/or Learning Management Systems
This unique role will suit an analyst looking to grow their sphere of responsibility or an experienced analyst returning to the workforce, and we will explore a Part Time or Full Time position for the right candidate.
