Title of Position TRIO Programs Communications Intern Department TRIO Upward Bound Hours per Week 10-15 Job Qualifications
- TRIO is looking for a highly self-motivated student worker with knowledge and experience with Google Docs, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, etc.), Instagram (Meta Business Suite), TikTok, etc.
- Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple assignments.
- Must have own transportation as TRIO Talent Search is not housed on the ACU campus.
Position Description/ Job Duties
The Communications Intern should:
- Be able to create visually appealing digital graphics
- Utilize all functions of social media platforms, including insights, stories, scheduled posts, etc.
- Maintain an organized and consistent posting schedule for all platforms
- Use appropriate grammar and language
- Understand social media etiquette
- Collaborate with appropriate TRIO Staff members to create social media posts
- Be passionate about engaging students and digital marketing.
Preferred Availability Monday - Friday; 8-5, Flexible Schedule, location varies between programs. Additional Information
