Supervisor – Truck Bay
We are looking for a talented Supervisor – Truck Bay to join our growing team in Tamworth, NSW. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills. You will provide work direction, review repair plans, manage sub-contractors, sourcing materials, developing quotations and more!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Deliver a first-class service to our customers.
Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 12 technicians and apprentices.
Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager
Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred.
Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
Some experience in a management capacity is ideal.
Strong communication and organisation skills
Previous experience in a customer facing role.
Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment.

Monday to Friday shifts with some Saturdays
