We are seeking a values-driven Truck Offsider who will provide an effective pick-up, delivery service, and preparation of stock whilst fostering and maintaining a high level of customer service. The purpose is to enhance services and support the achievement of TSA mission. You will successfully Assist the Truck Driver with pick-up and delivery of all donated goods, in accordance with the schedule, and ensuring adherence to WHS manual handling procedures Donors and customers are greeted and thanked for their donations and assisted with donations.

Donated items are offloaded at designated location or site, notifying relevant team member/s and/or customers, and ensuring items are safety stored for sorting, testing, pricing as needed Assist with relief truck driving as needed, operating the vehicle in a safe and effective manner, in line with TSA policy and procedures As needed or required, administration activities are undertaken as per policies and procedures You will have Current QLD Driver’s licence A national police record check is required

Must be physically fit, this role involves standing for extending periods of time and push, pull and carry. Understanding of the value of second-hand goods with a wide knowledge on brands and goods. Demonstrated experience in warehouse role or similar Experience in retail and/or customer service environment is preferred

This is a permanent, part-time (22.5hrs per week) position located in Maroochydore, QLD. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the General Retail Award Level 1.
