 The main focus of the role is to provide quality service. You will work closely with both the advice team and Clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Communicating regularly with clients, product providers and advisers.
• Draft and produce client communications.
• Maintain adequate and accurate records and file notes.
• Help ensure client files are compliant.

Essential: 

• Confident, courteous, and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer literacy in a range of applications 
• Work autonomously with attention to detail
• Superior time management and organisational skills
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical practices

Highly desirable:

To be successful in this role a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administration, reception, or Financial Planning role would be preferred. Though we recognise drive and attitude are key to success in such a role.

The following skills will be highly regarded:

• Administration experience
• Banking or finance industry experience 
• Xplan software experience 
• An understanding of investments, superannuation and insurance.
