Your RoleThe main focus of the role is to provide quality service. You will work closely with both the advice team and Clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Communicating regularly with clients, product providers and advisers.
- Draft and produce client communications.
- Maintain adequate and accurate records and file notes.
- Help ensure client files are compliant.
Essential:
- Confident, courteous, and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy in a range of applications
- Work autonomously with attention to detail
- Superior time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical practices
Highly desirable:
To be successful in this role a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administration, reception, or Financial Planning role would be preferred. Though we recognise drive and attitude are key to success in such a role.
The following skills will be highly regarded:
- Administration experience
- Banking or finance industry experience
- Xplan software experience
- An understanding of investments, superannuation and insurance.
