The Role
Join this collaborative team as a Trust and AP Officer. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Daily trust duties including reconciliations, receipting & processing payments
- Trust reporting
- Ensuring compliance with trust regulations
- Assist in the trust audit process
- Backup accounts payable duties
- Other duties as required
Your Background
To be considered for this role you must possess the majority of the following attributes:
- Prior experience in Trust Accounting
- Experience in a law firm or other professional services will be highly regarded
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Provide fantastic customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to identify and implement process changes to help the team operate in the most effective manner
- Have a positive, collaborative attitude and enjoy being part of a team
