Job Description:
Wirraka Maya Health Service Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a dedicated TTA Project Officer to join our team in South Hedland, under the SEWB department.
This is a permanent, full-time position in the field of Community Services.
The TTA Project Officer will be responsible for: -
- Coordinating and managing the implementation of the TTA project within the SEWB department.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budget management.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of project objectives.
- Providing regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Conducting research, data analysis, and evaluation activities related to the TTA project.
- Supporting capacity-building activities for staff involved in the project. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant qualification in community services or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and management within a similar setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience working within the Aboriginal community and understanding of cultural protocols

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
