This is a permanent, full time vacancy available for immediate filling.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Operational Information Management team (OIM) is looking for dynamic and passionate information practitioners who have a can-do approach and are willing to learn.  We provide training and a positive team environment.

The Project OfficerOperational Information is responsible for developing and implementing complex information management projects to improve and enhance information management practices in the Department, working with key internal and external stakeholders on information management issues and initiatives, and assisting the Manager Operational Information with the management and allocation of resources across the team.

We require you to submit:

  1. A current comprehensive CV including the contact details of two referees, one being your current or recent line manager.
  2. A statement of no more than three (3) pages addressing the following three (3) Job related requirements and Role specific criteria contained within the JDF.
    Please provide examples to support your claims.
  • Achieves Results.
  • Knowledge of legislation, policies, issues and trends affecting records management in government.
  • Substantial experience in using computerised records management systems and administrative records management.

The remaining criteria will be assessed in a later stage in the recruitment process.

ELIGIBILITY

  • Applicants will require a valid ‘C’ class Drivers Licence.
  • Ability to travel between Perth CBD and metropolitan sites as required.
  • Ability to lift boxes not exceeding 16kg.

Subsequent Vacancies
