We're looking for a skilled Linesperson and/or Live LineLinesperson or Electrical Fitter Mechanic to permanently join our team located at Tully.

Remuneration -
- From $97,005 per annum + 12.75% superannuation as a Linesperson.
- From $106,606 per annum + 12.75% superannuation as a Live Line Linesperson.
- From $101,799 per annum + 12.75% superannuation as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic.
- Up to $10,000 approved to assist you with any relocation costs.

As a Linesperson / Live Line Linesperson, you will:
- Be trade qualified with a Queensland Electrical Licensing Board Certificate of Competency as -
- Electrical Linesperson
- Live Line Linesperson authorised
- Construct, maintain and repair overhead, high and low voltage electrical distribution and sub-transmission systems, street lighting mains and customer service lines.
- Perform Live Line methodology on Energy Queensland (Ergon Energy and Energex) networks.
- Operate within Energy Queensland (Ergon Energy and Energex) requirements for quality, safety and risk assessment compliance.
- Be trade qualified with a Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic licence.
- Install, repair, commission and maintain various items of electrical equipment and plant.

About you:
Critical to your success in the role is your:
- Demonstrated knowledge of an electricity distribution/transmission system, including construction and maintenance of the electrical network.
- Working knowledge of Electricity Act & Regulations, Workplace Health & Safety Act and Regulations, and other relevant statutory acts & regulations.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills to develop good working relationships with team members and external customers. You must have the ability to identify and understand customer needs.
- Availability for call out and emergency work.
- Willingness to travel to surrounding areas from time to time to undertake work.
- Current ‘C’ class open Drives Licence.
