Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance TransformationSenior Manager is responsible for coordination and execution of the Finance Transformation Roadmap, Data Architecture, Project Management and Process Improvement in the form of both digitisation and automation across the Finance Department.
The role must develop and maintain strong relationships across the Information Technology and Project Management Office teams (both locally and Globally) to ensure that Change Roadmaps and resourcing are aligned and that Finance business requirements are clearly communicated and met.

What you’ll do
- Ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of the required infrastructure across data, processes and systems;
- Managing the Finance Transformation Team of Data / SQL / Process Management experts;
- In cooperation with all Finance teams executing with own team the automation and digitization of Finance processes and data management;
- Development of a framework to document, measure and improve key processes;
- Developing and executing the Finance Transformation Roadmap including reporting on the status of the roadmap, cost estimate of initiatives, driving prioritsation, ensuring appropriate resourcing and milestone delivery;
- Defining and tracking the benefits of Finance digitization initiatives;
- Cooperating with Head office, Enterprise, Data and Architecture teams to execute change programs; and explore and assess new ways of working to the benefit of Finance.
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of various Finance areas including operational accounting, general ledger systems, controls and management accounting;
- 5 plus years in financial services industry, ideally in banking across different areas of Banking Finance;
- Exposure to complex systems and control frameworks within the financial services industry;
- Project Management and effective time management skills;
- Ability to motivate and lead staff and peers, as well as ability to coach and mentor team;
- Ability to identify potential business risks and act appropriately;
