- Have a passion for inclusivity and accessibility
- Have solid knowledge of WCAG
- Understand how to embed accessibility through all stages of the software Development lifecycle in an agile way.
- Ability to collaborate with the designers, developers, testers, content writers, BAs, product managers, business stakeholders, communicate accessibility requirements when delivering accessible digital products and services
- Love learning as much as teaching and helping others build capability too.
- Demonstrate Independence, motivation and timely production of high-quality work.
