AddressAre you and experienced UNDERGROUND HV Electrician looking for a permanent FIFO opportunity with one of WA's most renowned mining clients?
This role is responsible for the servicing, maintenance and fault finding of underground electrical equipment in a safe and efficient manner, fully complying with all relevant Statutory requirements and safety regulations.
KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
- Executing monthly scheduled statutory requirements promptly and accurately.
- Installing and maintaining underground reticulation systems, ensuring reliable power distribution.
- Conducting breakdown and maintenance tasks on underground drilling equipment to minimize downtime.
- Installing tele remote systems to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Setting up and maintaining underground communication systems while updating relevant drawings.
- Other relevant duties as required.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Current unencumbered C/HR WA Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Relevant trade qualification (Essential)
- Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence (Essential)
- Current High Voltage Switching certificate (Desirable)
- Electrical Instrumentation and Automation certificate (Desirable)
- Senior First Aid (Desirable)
