Underground Mining Engineer

• Permanent position - FIFO - 8/6 roster
• Underground hard rock operation in QLD

The opportunity: 

We currently have multiple permanent positions available for experienced Mining Engineers who have a background in U/G hard rock.

Opportunities exist across

• Short term design and scheduling
• Mid term design and scheduling
• Drill and blast

Our client can offer a competitive salary package, fully funded flights and a career path into more senior positions over time. We can also consider visa sponsorship for those already in Australia. 

Skill set required:

• Engineering Degree in Mining or Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years practical experience in U/G hard rock with experience using Deswik or similar packages for design and scheduling
• Problem solver and strong communicator 
• If you have experience across the medium term space OR would like to move into that space we would be very interested in speaking to you
