What your new job looks like
- Workflow management, triaging inboxes, escalating urgent issues, clearing any backlogs, responding to all enquiries
- Manage weekly reports to ensure there are no breaches and provide timely feedback to customers
- Assist with underwriting renewals, new business, endorsements and general policy queries
- Assist the team with all compliance issues and perform ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth operation of the team

Especially if you can talk to us about your:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service ethic and approach to all interactions
- Exemplary communication skills
- Willingness to learn and progress, with proactive approach to problem solving
- Prior experience in an insurance capacity – strata experience high desirable
- Experience in using Microsoft suite of products
