The Role
As part of our 360 Plant & Equipment team, your primary purpose will be to provide assistance to the wider team and foster broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Endorsement processing
- Debtor management
- Workflow management
- Broker engagement
- Administrative tasks
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Underwriting, Broking or similar role would be preferable but not essential
- High level of initiative and ability to think constructively and presenting improvements to the job
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively with minimal supervision to achieve goals
- Effective time management to ensure work is complete efficiently and effectively
- Ability to negotiate with, influence and maintain Broker relationships
