The Support Officer is a key position in the University’s Integrity Unit.
The Support Officer will undertake a variety of duties to assist the day to day operations of the Unit, including assisting diverse individuals who wish to make a complaint about possible inappropriate conduct, including sexual misconduct.
The Support Officer will provide a responsible and empathetic service to complainants contacting the Unit and supporting the case management of complaints.
In addition the Support Officer may be involved in providing a range of administrative support including records management, and assisting with gathering and reviewing evidence as part of the Unit’s complaint management function.
As part of a dedicated and high performing small team, this is an opportunity to help shape the experiences of staff and students of the University.
To be successful you will need:
- Extensive experience in providing a range of administrative services including preparing correspondence, managing records and data and identifying and analysing information and issues to support the development of practical solutions and recommendations.
- Extensive experience and understanding of contemporary administrative practices.
- Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to achieve required outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a high performing team.
