Lead the Participant Learning Hub team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and team development while driving innovation and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the participant experience and achieve strategic objectives at WLA.
The role duties include:
- Oversee the end-to-end participant journey. Identifying areas for enhancement and offer recommendations and solutions to the Director of Operations and individuals within the Participant Learning Hub team.
- Develop team KPI's and ensure team targets are being met (or exceeded) while also ensuring teams continually track their progress.
- Encourage teamwork across functions, leveraging diverse skills for a smooth participant experience. Nurture team growth through skill enhancement and development initiatives.
- Ensure team compliance with policy and procedure aligning with WLA's overarching objectives.
- Align personal and team development goals to support the achievement of WLA's strategic initiatives.
- Forecast overall workload for the Participant Learning Hub team.
- Continually review processes and procedures in response to any changes in scope, budget, priorities, and/or deadlines (to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity).
- Handle and resolve customer complaint escalations.
- Ensure the most suitable resources are being allocated to programs and flag any current/anticipated resource gaps with the Director, Operations.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
- Undergraduate degree with subsequent relevant knowledge, training and/or equivalent level of experience.
- Experience leading and building capacity within a team.
- Ability to critically review and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ability to innovate and take responsibility for outcomes.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Significant customer service experience with an ability to efficiently resolve customer complaints.
- High level of attention to detail.
